Super Baij (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, bonuses, and transactions on the platform.

By using the Super Baij website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Super Baij reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any update will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with Super Baij, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number or email address.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

After registration, you may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested. Withdrawals will be restricted until verification is complete.

Sharing your account login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.

The minimum age to participate on the Super Baij online gaming platform is 18. This rule applies to everyone without exception.

• A date of birth must be provided at registration to verify age.
• If there is any doubt, a government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification.
• Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately.
• No winnings or bonuses from a minor's account will be paid out.

Super Baij currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following important rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
• If there is an active bonus on your account, the wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, Super Baij may temporarily place a withdrawal on hold pending verification.
• Any applicable taxes or government levies will be deducted accordingly.

All bonuses and promotional offers at Super Baij are governed by the general terms below. Each bonus may also carry its own specific conditions, which will be outlined in the bonus details.

• Welcome Bonus — Available to new members only. Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Wagering Requirements — The wagering requirement on most bonuses is just 5x. This amount must be wagered across both the bonus and deposit combined.
• Bonus Validity — typically 30 days. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse — Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, the same device, or the same IP address will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Maximum Bet Limit — While a bonus is active, a maximum stake of ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount applies per bet, whichever is lower.

Super Baij reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any promotion may end without prior notice.

All games on Super Baij are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game result is entirely random and free from bias.

• Game results are final. No outcome will be altered except in the case of a technical error.
• If your internet connection drops or the app crashes, your game progress will be saved.
• For Sports Betting, all bets will be settled after the official result has been announced.
• If odds change during live betting, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds.
• If a technical fault is detected in any game, the affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

For Sports Betting, the following rules apply in the event of a match cancellation or suspension: if 90% or more of the match has been completed, the result will stand as valid; otherwise, the bet will be void and the stake refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Super Baij platform. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or assisting with the manipulation of any game outcome is strictly prohibited.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or any automation tools to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent Payment: Chargebacks and fraudulent payment claims are strictly prohibited.

Super Baij may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• If bonus abuse is proven.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• By court order or government directive.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a rule violation.

• Members' personal information is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
